Terms of Service
Last updated 2 July 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of ServicePilot. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're using ServicePilot on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
- Don't use ServicePilot for anything unlawful or to infringe others' rights.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- You're responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter.
Your data
You own the business data you put into ServicePilot. You grant us the permissions needed to host and process it so we can provide the service. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are in AUD and exclusive of GST unless stated. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Third-party integrations
Integrations you connect (such as Xero or Stripe) are governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for third-party services, but we'll do our best to keep integrations working.
Availability & liability
We work hard to keep ServicePilot available and reliable, but it's provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the current version here and update the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
