ServicePilot uses MCP, a standard connection for AI assistants. You sign in to ServicePilot, review the requested access, and can remove it whenever you choose.

What the assistant can access

Connect in a few minutes.

Choose your AI tool, add the ServicePilot endpoint, then sign in and review access. The exact menus can vary by workspace plan and administrator settings.

ChatGPT

For ChatGPT workspaces where Developer Mode and custom MCP apps are enabled.

  1. Turn on Developer Mode. A ChatGPT workspace owner or admin enables it in the workspace settings.
  2. Create an app in Apps. Choose the option to add a custom MCP app and enter the ServicePilot endpoint above.
  3. Complete the sign-in. ChatGPT opens the ServicePilot consent page. Sign in, check the requested permissions and allow the connection.
If your ChatGPT workspace does not show Developer Mode or custom apps, ask its owner or administrator to enable them.

Claude and Claude Code

Add ServicePilot as a remote HTTP MCP server, then complete the browser sign-in when prompted.

  1. Add the remote server. In Claude's MCP settings, use the ServicePilot endpoint above.
  2. Claude Code option. Add the connection from your terminal using the command below.
  3. Authenticate. Open Claude Code's MCP panel and select Authenticate to finish the ServicePilot consent flow.

Microsoft Copilot Studio

Connect ServicePilot to a Copilot Studio agent using its built-in MCP tool flow.

  1. Add a tool. Select Model Context Protocol in your agent's tools.
  2. Enter the endpoint. Add the ServicePilot MCP address and choose OAuth Dynamic discovery.
  3. Sign in and test. Complete the ServicePilot consent screen, then test the connection in your agent.
GitHub Copilot CLI and supported IDEs can also use remote OAuth MCP servers. GitHub's cloud coding agent and code-review MCP connections do not currently support OAuth-backed servers.

You decide what stays connected.

Every connection is tied to your ServicePilot account and selected business. Remove access at any time from Account security, then Connected apps.

Is my data public?

No. The assistant can only use information covered by the connection you approve after signing in to ServicePilot.

Can I disconnect it?

Yes. Revoking a connection immediately disables its access and refresh tokens in ServicePilot.

Does it make changes?

The current public beta is for operational lookups. It does not automatically send customer communications or make changes to your jobs.
